.5oz Rum Fire
.5oz Banhez Mezcal
.5oz Aperol
.5oz fresh lime juice
1oz Spiced Hibiscus Tea*
.5oz Passionfruit syrup
Hurricane or large Pilsner glass | Shake until chilled and strain | crushed ice | pineapple fronds, orchid and a cherry on a sword
*Spiced Hibiscus Tea
2oz dried Hibiscus
6 allspice berries
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp ginger, chopped and peeled
Combine all ingredients with water in a saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for additional ten minutes at room temperature. Strain and chill prior to use.
